At Robert Dale Luper, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below.


  1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Items returned after 14 days

Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition


  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@robertdaleluper.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
